Public relations and consulting
Julie Halten works on a freelance basis in editorial matters, text and consulting
for German and French film productions, film related events and institutions.
She holds a master degree in Intercultural Communication and French Culture
and is a sworn translator for French and German with a wide experience in
translation of screenplays, catalogues, press kits, audio guides and subtitles.
At the Franco-German Film Rendezvous, Julie Halten is in charge of coordination
and consulting for the event itself aswell as throughout the year. Before
joining the Rendez-vous in 2008, Julie worked for five years as coordinator of
the training programme ATELIER Ludwigsburg-Paris at the Filmakademie
Baden-Württemberg.
